Constructed from aeronautical alloy and anodised black for extra protection, the tool tip end fits all industry standard 5/16” tool tips (tool tips not included).
Adjustable Slider & Handgrip – Superior bar control and protection
The adjustable Slider (& ring) and Handgrip travel the full length of all the hail bars. The larger and more comfortable grip reduces fatigue and the slider (& ring) also ensures direct load across the length of the rod.

Handle – Fits All ExemplarHail Carbon Fibre Bars
The lightweight handle attaches to all four carbon fibre hail bars allowing for maximum configurations. Just like the tool tip, the handle is constructed from aeronautical alloy and anodised black for extra protection.
As an added bonus, the ring for the slider fits seamlessly over the handle!

EXTREME CARE MUST BE TAKEN when assembling, disassembling and/or using the Carbon Fibre Hail Bar and care must be taken when close to vehicles, equipment, individuals, groups of people and in limited spaces.
EXTENDED LENGTH – BE AWARE OF SURROUNDINGS & OPERATE SAFELY. You are responsible at all times for the safety of others nearby as well as ensuring you do not damage vehicles, equipment, overhead structures etc. Know height and area limitations within your workspace.
FALLS RISK – Use appropriate certified equipment when working at heights above floor level.
ELECTROCUTION RISK – DO NOT USE near power lines, electrical circuits or electrical outlets. Carbon Fibre is conductive.

PINCH POINTS – Take care during assembly and disassembly due to potential pinch hazards at connection points.

Care Instructions
In order to get the maximum life from your Carbon Fibre Hail Bar, we recommend the following care and precautions:
- Store the Carbon Fibre Hail Bar in a dry, cool place when not in use.
- Do not subject the Carbon Fibre Hail Bar to extreme heat, cold, or moisture. Temperatures above 70°C/158°F can reduce strength and cause permanent damage to the Carbon Fibre Hail Bar.
- Keep the Carbon Fibre Hail Bar within the storage temperatures defined on the Product Technical Data Sheet. Epoxy adhesives within the Carbon Fibre bar can suffer UV light degradation resulting in unintended exposures of the fibres to weather. If moisture enters these exposed fibres, wicking to the internal substrate can occur, which further reduces it strength and integrity.
- Carbon fibre composites do not yield (plastically deform) prior to failure. Often little warning is given that the tube is likely to fail. DO NOT overload the Carbon Fibre Hail Bar outside of the manufacturer’s specifications to avoid personal or product injury.
- Keep the Carbon Fibre Hail Bar clean and free from dirt, grease, direct UV light, cleaning agents, solvents and other contaminants.
- Wipe down the Carbon Fibre Hail Bar with a clean cloth after use or before inserting into protective Tool Roll.
Operation
- Do not extend or use beyond ultimate set maximum assembled length of 3.2 m (3200 mm) 10.5 ft (126 in).
- At all times use spatial awareness and be careful with where you are placing and how you are moving when using the Carbon Fibre Hail Bar. You are responsible at all times for the safety of others nearby.
- ALWAYS USE FULCRUM PIVOT SLIDER AND RING. This is essential to protect your Carbon Fibre Hail Bar from abrasion of the product, surface damage and point loading.
- DO NOT LEVER ON ASSEMBLY/CONNECTION POINTS
- To minimize load stresses on Bar and to reduce your own physical stress, place fulcrum slider and ring closer to hail dent than the handle end (maximum 50% of bar length).
- Due to Carbon Fibre conductivity, remember, to keep your Carbon Fibre Hail Bar away from electrical circuits or outlets. Remember ‘Look Up and Live” and check for overhead objects.
- AVOID Dropping the Carbon Fibre Hail Bar as high, instantaneous loading can occur which can cause damage to the carbon fibre.
- Do not use the Carbon Fibre Hail Bar for purposes other than its explicit intended use.
To maintain the warranty coverage, the customer must follow these care responsibilities.

Rest assured, you have automatic protections under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be changed, modified or removed.
